We will provide you with information containing the online website address, the practice ID, your personal ID and a registration token code for you to create your own unique username and password. Our online services are managed by our system provider EMIS. EMIS is and NHS provider who has been accredited to ensure the necessary standards of confidentiality and security and are in place. By ticking the following box you consent to EMIS online services gaining your information to order your prescriptions
