Due to the ongoing situation we have had to make changes to how you can order your prescriptions. Please ensure you nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription on your behalf so you do not have to visit the practice.
- Drop the right hand side of your script into the box at reception, make sure you have ticked off what prescriptions you need, if you do not have the right hand side of your script there is a form you can complete beside the box.
- You can also order your script through our online app ‘Patient Access’ If you have not signed up to this yet please complete the following form and we will email you your information needed to sign up. Due to unprecedented demand please allow 5-10 working days for your details to be emailed.
