If you have undergone tests or X-rays ordered by the practice, it is YOUR responsibility to contact us for the results.
The results take time to reach us, so please do not ring before you have been asked to do so; this is normally one week after the test or two weeks after the x-ray has been carried out.
Results can be obtained from the practice between the hours of 10am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Please be patient if the line is busy, your call may be in a queue but will be answered as quickly and efficiently as possible by an experienced member of our staff.
Enquiries about tests ordered by the hospital should be directed to the hospital not the practice.
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
